Stirling engine

This project is made as a part of Machine Design Project course. The course is currently going and the final designs are to be presented on December. Our project team consist of four members and our task is to design and manufacture a Stirling engine. We also have to provide a project documentation and present our design in the gallery walk event. 

This far the project has been mostly rehearsing modeling and mechanical design skills. It is a good practice to manufacture the engine parts ourselves because then we can directly see the effect of our design choices to the manufacturing process. Sometimes it is hard to remember to design manufacturable parts so this project makes a good practice for that as well.
